This beautiful old home in Upper Gardens received a facelift next to none thanks to the Kojabu team. It needed a lot of basic reconstructive work like sanding and resealing of the original timber windows as well as the refilling of wall-cracks after years of neglect. The front boundary wall was replaced, with a white bagged bricked wall, as was the old wooden front gate with a lovely locally made steel gate.
The garden was completely overhauled and replanted with a selection of plants that grow naturally in the surrounding Table Mountain National Park mixed with some veggies and herbs. The old garden walkway was cleared out and cleaned up and now features tree discs as a foot path. With a fresh slick of repaint, the house now boasts an abundance of natural light accentuated by the lush green garden that surrounds it. m.”
