This quaint flat in Mouille Point, Cape Town is given a dose of personality thanks to the strategic use of a gently muted colour palette. Simplicity and cleanliness was the starting point here, where Jacob used a green palette in more than one place to bring to life the contemporary monochromatic theme, thereby creating a sense of aesthetic balance.

The incorporation of plants throughout added to the sense of whimsy of the apartment. The use of black and white, patterned, Moroccan tiles in the bathroom really exemplify the lush greenery in the room, likewise with the matte black fitted furnishings in the rest of the abode.
