This Greenpoint gem was a diamond in the rough before Jacob and his team got their hands on it. Jacob saw the potential of what could be an urban contemporary abode for two young and upcoming marketing gurus.

Jacob wanted to create a space that was both layered with personality and excitement as well as feeling curated and collected. He achieved this by doing what he does best- consciously combining textures, colors and materials.

Dark tones were used to accent the different spaces of the apartment, while the dark walls opened up the flat and made it look more spacious. The oak flooring creates a thread that weaves every view and space into a seamless décor experience.
