This project was a dream one for the Kojabu team as it involved the unearthing of a suburban gem. The main areas of focus were the mundane and dated kitchen and uninspired garden area, both of which had ample space and were bursting with potential. Kojabu set about redesigning the kitchen in a more ergonomic layout as well as adding a contemporary feel.

Old wooden-framed windows got a reboot with white aluminum frames and an extra bathroom with double doors was added opening up to the inviting courtyard. Outside, some of the old paving blocks were removed and ample greenery was added, as well as an outside fireplace for those summery-day, family barbeques.
